Pk11 Terms and Conditions — Important Information for Members

1 Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using the pk11 platform (https://pk11.run), you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pk11 and all of its users.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To use the pk11 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of pk11 by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region where you reside.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Pk11 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.
• If your account was previously closed for any reason, you will not be permitted to open a new one.

Pk11 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Registering with a false age will result in account closure with no refund of funds.

4 Betting Rules

All users must strictly follow the rules below when betting on pk11. These rules apply equally to everyone on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10, and the maximum varies by market.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is abandoned, pk11's decision regarding the refund of related bets is final.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

In the event of any dispute, the data stored on pk11's servers will be considered the definitive record. Screenshots or other information provided by users may not be accepted as evidence in disputes.

5 Payment & Transaction Terms

Pk11 is committed to ensuring transparency and security in all financial transactions. The following terms apply to all payments:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own bank account or mobile number.
• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• In the event of a suspicious transaction, pk11 reserves the right to hold payment until the investigation is complete.
• Transactions made with incorrect information may be cancelled and a fee may be deducted.

Pk11 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own charges in accordance with their own policies.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk11 offers a range of exciting bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be met:

• The welcome bonus is available for first-time deposits only and can be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 10x).

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk11 and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Using pk11 for money laundering or legitimising proceeds of illegal activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs. If discovered, this should be reported to us immediately.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Impersonating pk11 staff to cause harm to others.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any other form of cyberattack on the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Pk11 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or attempted fraud.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

10 Right to Amend Terms
